Since the founding of the hotel, we have placed great emphasis on respect for

the environment. For us, for you and for future generations, we do everything possible to minimise the impact of our activity on the fauna and flora around us. The future of the planet and the environment in which our children will live is an issue that concerns us all. Simple everyday actions can make a difference.

In order to formalise our commitment to protecting the environment and as part of a continuous improvement process, we are in the process of obtaining the Clef Verte label WE HAVE BEEN AWARDED THE CLEF VERTE LABEL

The Clef Verte label is awarded to tourist accommodation and restaurants committed to a voluntary, effective and dynamic environmental approach. The label is awarded annually by an independent jury of experts and professionals from the tourism and environmental sectors. IT EVOLVES EVERY YEAR

We raise awareness among our teams and clients

• Our environmental manager has undergone specific training on the challenges of sustainable tourism, environmental preservation and CSR.
• Our teams are trained in the eco-gestures to be respected as they go about their daily tasks.
• We choose our service providers and suppliers based on their sustainable and social commitments.
• We offer various alternatives to limit car travel: bicycle hire, public transport, etc.
  

We save water and energy

• We installed water flow reducers without altering the pressure on taps and showers so as not to deplete water resources.
• We offer the reuse of bathroom linen.
• All toilets are equipped with 3/6L volumetric flushes.
• We read our water and electricity meters every month to manage our consumption more effectively.
• All our lighting is LED, which saves energy and provides similar lighting comfort for our customers.
• We have installed presence detectors in the corridors to limit energy waste.
• All rooms have double windows and double glazing.
• All rooms are equipped with a centralised energy management system.
• The hotel is equipped with a centralised air conditioning management system (heating and cooling).
  

We limit waste

• We work in collaboration with an association and give them our bio-waste to make compost
• We have installed shower gel and shampoo pumps in all bathrooms to reduce plastic packaging waste.
• We recycle glass and favour returnable bottles.
• We recycle used batteries and light bulbs.
• Our ink cartridges are refilled.
• We recycle packaging and cardboard.
• Coffee capsules are recycled and recovered by the company we work with.
• All our rooms are equipped with bins for recycling.
• We do not provide guests with any disposable tableware.

We care about the well-being of our customers

• Our breakfasts and room services offer organic or local products or products with a protected designation of origin (AOC).
• The products used for the cleaning of rooms and consumables are non-toxic or are Eco-labelled, which offers better air quality and less risk to skin health.
• For the well-being of our teams and yours, we have banned bleach, which is a respiratory tract irritant and is toxic to aquatic organisms.
• Our establishment is completely non-smoking.
