The Best Western Premier Hotel Bayonne Etche-Ona is the solution you’re looking for! Located in the heart of Bordeaux city centre, access is convenient and easy whether you arrive by car, train, plane, public transport or even bicycle J . Tram stops and bike and car parking are available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
We offer spacious rooms that are ideal for organising professional events. Our establishment is composed of two 18th century buildings. For your comfort and convenience, we can privatise the “Etche-Ona” building. Your seminar will be an exceptional experience that will strengthen the cohesion of your teams.
Our hotel in Bordeaux has two meeting rooms to host your seminars, study days and conferences: the Pomerol room (45 m²) and the Saint-Emilion room (67 m²). Both benefit from natural daylight.
Our workspaces are conducive to effective work and are air-conditioned and equipped to reflect your needs. There is a reception desk, cloakroom, air-conditioning, direct dial telephone (2 DID lines), internet connection via fibre with Wi-Fi access, desk blotters, video projector, paper, pens, flipchart with markers and screen. Mineral water is also provided by the hotel during your event. Additional specific audiovisual equipment can be provided on request. It will be the subject of an additional quote.

This package includes the plenary meeting room equipped with a screen, video projector, flipchart, desk blotters, paper, pens and markers.
Mineral water is also provided for the day. Morning and afternoon breaks, lunch and drinks are also included. If you wish, specific audiovisual equipment can be installed on request. It will be the subject of an additional quote.

This offer includes accommodation in a single or double room, the “Gourmand” breakfast buffet, morning and afternoon breaks, lunch with drinks included and dinner for residential seminars.
The plenary meeting room equipped with a screen, video projector, flipchart, desk blotters, paper, pens and markers. Mineral water is also provided for the day.
Dining
For seminars and study days, we have selected restaurants (bistros, traditional and gastronomic restaurants) in the immediate vicinity of our hotel, located in central Bordeaux. A member of our team will accompany you to your chosen restaurant.
All the chefs will be delighted to brighten up your meals by offering you menus with a focus on the flavours and aromas of south-west France.
We can also organise, on request: cocktail parties, gourmet lunches or gastronomic dinners, themed evenings…
We are available to accommodate any requests and to ensure that your events are a success.

To enhance your stay further and make your event unique, we are able to organise the following for you:
